Closing date is June 29th - Friends save boxes :-)
We are pretty excited considering it officially was listed as a "no show" until June 8th. The first person that saw it is the one that placed the offer. We are very excited to say the least.
We are actually putting a contract on another house tomorrow, we will give more details once our offer is accepted.
