No fear!

So today was G's playdate with the Ty, Hunter & Levi @ Monkey Joes. When we first got there, he would not leave my side, but that passed very quickly. I realized much to my dismay that my little boy has taken after his father and is not afraid of anything. One of the main attraction is the huge slide, as you can see from the pictures, he had a
blast.

Thump, thump, thump

So today we got to hear the baby's heartbeat and as before it brought tears to my eyes. I have known we where pregnant for the past 6 weeks and trust me my body has told me I was pregnant (daily), but today the sound made it so real! And once again a baby Dalton has melted my heart!! 29 weeks to go and my arms will be as full as my heart is!

The man..

To the man that has always been there when I needed him,
has never missed a event in my life,
has the strongest hands and the biggest shoulders,
is the most tenderhearted,
supports my decisions,
always answers his phone,
was patient enough to let me make mistakes,
always is there when I need him,
the best Pa a little boy could ask for,
happy when we are happy,
cries when we cry.

The second Dalton

So everyone says with your second baby you don't go as overboard as you do with your first and to a certain degree I think I agree.

When I found out I was pregnant with G, we started planning, reading & buying right away! We where completely prepared at about 6 months. This time we haven't really bought anything due to the fact that if it's a boy we have a lot of what we would need, but this week I had an emotional moment and wanted to get baby 2 something special so not knowing if it's a boy or girl, I bought both.

Yes, baby shoes are still my weekness!

So baby 2 even though you are second to arrive, you have won my heart completely already!

My wonderful husband

I know everyone thinks the most of their husbands and rightfully should, but mine has went above and beyond the past two weeks.

Morning sickness or should I say "all day" sickness has hit me hard this pregnancy and nothing seems to work this time not even zofran.

Josh has been great, anyone that knows him knows he is not a morning person or a "middle of the night" kind of guy and up till the past two weeks I had pretty much always gotten up with G, but all that has changed! Josh was gotten up and most nights even had to put him to bed.

Thank you sweetie!! I don't know what I would do without you!
